YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT TO BECOME A USER, WHICH IN TURN PERMITS YOU TO ACCESS CERTAIN OF RADIUS DISPLAY PRODUCTS' PRODUCT AND SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY "PRODUCTS") INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE ("THE WEBSITE"). BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, YOU ("USER") AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, JUST AS IF YOU HAD SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.

1. Changed Terms. Radius Display Products may change or discontinue any aspect of the Website at any time, including, its content or features without prior notice.
2. Term. Radius Display Products may terminate User's access at any time for any reason. The provisions regarding Disclaimer of Warranty, Accuracy of Information, Indemnification, and Third Party Rights shall survive.
3. Copyright and License of Product. The Website and its content is the property of Radius Display Products and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law and conventions. User acknowledges this and agrees to abide by all applicable laws and conventions.  No portion of the Website or its contents may be used for any reason without the prior written consent of Radius Display Products.
4. Linking to the Website.  Paragraph 3 notwithstanding, User may link to the Website, or a page within the Website, from their website so long as User agrees to the following:  No portion of the Website will be masked, altered, or hidden, including the URL targetted by the link.  If User wishes to display the linked Website page within a border or frame, approval must be obtained from Radius Display Products prior to the link being made available on the internet.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties. Radius Display Products does not make any warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Website or the Products within the Website.
6. Accuracy of Information. The information contained in the Website is provided as a convenience to the User and has been collected, calculated, or obtained from outside parties to the best of our ability.  The information from outside parties comes from sources believed to be reliable.  The User assumes sole responsibility for teh selection of Products to achieve their intended results.

8. Links.This Web site contains links to other Web sites, which are provided as resources for the convenience of users. Because Radius Display Products is not responsible for maintaining these sites, please direct your concerns about any of the linked sites to that site's administrator.
9. Indemnification. User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Radius Display Products, its affiliates, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of the Website or the information contained therein by User or User's account.
10. Third Party Rights.The provisions regarding Disclaimer of Warranty, Limitation of Liability and Indemnification are for the benefit of Radius Display Products, and its licensors, employees and agents. Each shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions against a User.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, all other terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.  No conduct by Radius Display Products, its employees or licensees, shall modify or void any provision of this Agreement.
12. Governing Law. This Agreement and the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. User consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Texas.
13. Privacy Statement. A customer's right to privacy is of paramount importance to Radius Display Products. When you register to use our site, Radius Display Products will ask you to provide your name, organization, email address, and other information. We use that information to provide you a more personalized online experience and to process orders, as well as to keep track of what topics are of interest to our Users.
