· Files up to 2 GB can be uploaded to our art department from radiusdp.WeTransfer.com

· Large files can also be sent on DVD or CD

· You will receive a layout from our art department within one business day via e-mail.

   If you do not receive this layout, contact us immediately.
 

 

 

· Unprinted products: ship within 3 business days of the receipt of your order.

· Printed products: ship within 5 business days of the receipt of your approved layout.

· Unsuitable artwork and delays in your approval of our layout will result in delayed shipping.

· Large quantities, custom dyes, and custom manufactured products may take longer. Call for details.
 

 

 

· All orders are custom and non-cancellable after the start of production.

· Certain unused hardware and portable display accessories MIGHT be returned within 30 days of purchase and after receiving a return authorization.

· A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
 

 

 

· To place an order you must have an active credit account, prepay, or supply a credit card number (Amex, MC, or Visa only). No COD shipments. New accounts should prepay or use a credit card as credit application process may take approximately 30 days.

Radius Display Products offers a Limited Warranty. This warranty covers any defects in your new fabric display item manufactured by Radius Display Products. To be eligible, the original Radius Display Products fabric label must remain sewn into the product.

How Long Does The Coverage Last?
This warranty lasts for a period of 1 year from the date of sale as denoted by the invoice date.

What Will Radius Display Products Do?
Radius Display Products will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product at no charge. Customer is responsible for expenses related to the return of the defective product to Radius Display Products.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood or fire) is not covered. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Unless expressly noted, all of Radius Display Products’ products are intended for indoor use, and any damage resulting from use outdoors is not covered. Damage from improper laundering of products is not covered, including but not limited to shrinkage. Small cracks may appear in some screen printed images after a time. This is a normal side-effect of screen print images and is not replaceable or repairable under this warranty.

How Do You Get Service?
Return the defective product, at your expense, to us at the below address. We will examine the product and contact you within 2 business days with a determination on whether the product is defective and covered under this warranty. If the product is determined to not be covered and you wish it returned to you, the return freight will be at your expense. Return freight for covered defective products will be at Radius Display Products’ expense.
